What you get

Pricing
On day 8 the €25/month subscription is charged automatically to the card you paid the €1 with — unless you cancel before. We email you the day before.
The subscription is charged a month in advance. Tokens are what the agent actually used, at Anthropic's standard prices converted to euros. We bill them on the 1st for the previous month, as a line on the same invoice. If a month comes to less than €0.50 in tokens, we don't bill it that month — it carries over until it adds up to €0.50. Questions
Whose machine is it?
Yours. A lab is a separate virtual machine: one lab, one machine. It runs Claude Code, your projects and everything the agent has built.
What happens after the trial week?
On day 8 the €25/month subscription is charged automatically. We email you the day before. Don't want to continue? Cancel any day before that in the panel (“⋯” → “Me” → “Subscription & invoices”) — nothing more is charged. If the trial ends unpaid, the lab is switched off on day 7 and deleted with its files on day 10; we warn you by email on day 7 and day 9.
What happens if I stop paying?
You get a 2-day grace period. If the payment still hasn't arrived, we remove the machine's access to Claude and the agents stop. The machine, your files and your conversations stay where they are — we don't delete anything. Once you pay, access comes back right away.
Can I work on my own projects?
Yes. The machine has a real terminal: put your projects on it yourself or ask the agent to — it works in them just like in any other.
Where is my data stored?
The conversation history lives on your machine, where Claude Code runs. The panel and its database are on our server in Germany. Whatever you and the agent write in a conversation goes to Anthropic — that's how Claude works. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Details are in the privacy policy.
Can I leave and take my things with me?
You can cancel the subscription on any day: the lab keeps working until the end of the paid month, and after that the subscription simply doesn't renew. While the machine is yours, everything on it is available to you through the terminal. Write to us and we'll delete your account, the machine and everything on it.
